Hay Dobbs designed Project wins Minnesota Construction Association (MCA) “Project Excellence Award” for the Minnesota West Community and Technical College – Worthington, Health and Wellness Center renovation and expansion; constructed by Terra General Contractors. The team will be awarded at the 2104 MCA Awards of Excellence Gala on January 29, 2014.
